Salsa dancing is a brilliant form of cardio exercise. It strengthens the heart and raises fitness levels. Plus, it works the upper body and arms, not just the legs.”
Once you've learned the basic moves, it can be an energetic workout. In fact, because your moving all the time, its classed as a high-intensity cardiovascular activity which you can burn up to 450 calories per hour. So, what are you waiting for?

MEDINA 
Edinburgh’s longest established, busiest and most popular Salsa club – now in to its 6th year! Medina is without a doubt Edinburgh’s most established and busiest Salsa club night. Come along to a Salsa class - 3 levels to choose from.
Dance to the hottest Latin and World sounds with DJ James 10pm to 3am. Cool air conditioning and great wooden floor. Entry to club night FREE. Come along and have a great time, meet new people - no dance partner required.

Come along and learn Salsa dancing in one of Edinburgh's best loved venues. Harry's Bar is located in the heart of Edinburgh's West End. Classes 7pm to 9pm. Free dancing 9pm til' late. Come along and have a great time, meet new people - no partner required.
